Roofing Frequently Asked Questions

How much will it cost me for an estimate?
Nothing. Our estimates are free to Volusia and Flagler County.
Our insurance company wants a roof evaluation. What will this cost?
Insurance companies want a written statement from a licensed roofer stating the remaining life expectance of your roof. We will do this for $100. See our 13 Point Roof Evaluation.
How much will a new roof cost?
There are a lot of factors to consider when pricing out a roof replacement such as: location, size, height, access, type of decking and underlayment roof material, number of layers, roof attachment, and venting type. We can't give you a fair price until we see it and consider your choices.

This depends on the size, location, and material used. Most residential roofs are completed in 3 to 5 days.
Do you work on commercial and business roofs?
Yes, we work on all types of commercial and residential roofs.
Do you do roof repairs?
Yes. We do all types of repairs, big or small.

Do you have a preferred Customer List which will receive priority treatment in the event of future storms?
Yes. All of our previous clients from repairs, re-roofs, or maintenance will receive priority treatment should we have future such events.
How can we check out your company to see if your work is good and you stand behind it?
You can check out the Florida State website that lists all complaints against State Licensed Roofing Contractors. Locally, you can call the County, your City Hall, Permits and Licensing Division to see if any unresolved issues exist. We also can provide you a list of references for our prior work.
